Hello everybody!
The daffodils are in full bloom, the bluebells are starting to pop their heads up and the ponies are shedding their winter coats. I love the re-energising spirit I can sense with the arrival of Spring and noticing the increasing light between the break of dawn and the slow descent of dusk.
We have welcomed the return of the sunshine recently and are looking forward to some warmer and drier days to come. Our Spring Equinox Celebration was blessed with clear skies and ended with the ponies doing some synchronised rolling, shaking off the last few remnants of winter and then expressing their joy with some energetic leaps around the paddock. It was a real treat to behold!
The launch of our Menopause Club Facebook group has received an encouraging response so far and we have our first in-person meet up in Monmouth on Friday 5 April. The group offers a safe space for women experiencing peri-menopause and menopause to gather on-line and face-to-face to share their journeys as they navigate the change of life.
I will be running some Mindful Moments with the ponies from 3:30 – 4:30 pm on Thursday 25 April and Friday 10 May, to help young people ease exam stress and learn how to manage anxiety. On Wednesday 1 May, we will be celebrating Beltane and inviting joy, playfulness and creativity to cultivate the ideas and visions we have started to nurture – more information about that to follow soon, so keep an eye on our social media pages.
We’d love to see you again and wish you all a wonderful, rejuvenating Spring season that fills you with the energy to reach for your dreams and relish the many magical moments life has to offer.
Warm wishes
Julie, Macaroon and Biscotti
